Webnixke designs and builds websites, e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and automation systems. Anything you read on this site is for general information — the specific scope, timeline, and price of any project are set out in a written proposal we send you after a discovery call.
Enquiries and proposals
Submitting the contact form, booking a call, or messaging us does not create a binding contract. A project begins only once both parties agree to a written proposal.
Intellectual property
The content, branding, and design of this website belong to Webnixke Technologies. On delivered projects, ownership of the final work transfers to you as agreed in your project contract, once payment is complete.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site itself.
